1. Count the centrifuge units
Enter the number of tubes, pellets, or samples that will each receive the same reagent volume.
2. Enter volume per unit
Use the protocol-defined amount added to one unit, in mL.
3. Add preparation overhead if needed
Set a percentage for expected transfer loss or vessel dead volume. Enter 0 for the exact theoretical requirement.
4. Review the batch total
Prepare the reported total only after confirming the reagent formulation and per-unit volume in your protocol.
