Enter the rectangular length and width of the floor area you are evaluating.
2. Enter effective reach radius
Use a practical horizontal reach value for the task, not automatically the robot’s maximum brochure reach.
3. Set the robot count
Enter the number of fixed collaborative robot positions represented by the same reach assumption.
4. Review nominal coverage
Compare combined circular reach area with the rectangular workspace area.
5. Check layout limitations
Treat overlap, obstacles, fixtures, tool orientation, and safety zones separately before final placement.
