The Diet Success Calculator creates a transparent adherence score from four user-entered behaviors: calorie-target adherence, protein-target adherence, planned-activity completion, and sleep-target achievement. It is a progress-tracking tool for comparing weeks, not a clinical measure of health or a prediction of weight loss.
Each component is capped at 100%, then combined using visible weights. This prevents one unusually high value from masking another area. Because the score is user-defined, it is most useful when inputs are collected consistently and interpreted alongside weight trend, measurements, energy, and wellbeing.

1. Enter calorie adherence
Use the percentage of tracked days that met your chosen calorie range.
2. Enter protein adherence
Use the percentage of days that met the protein target.
3. Enter activity completion
Compare completed planned sessions or minutes with the weekly plan.
4. Enter sleep achievement
Compare nights meeting the sleep target with total tracked nights.
5. Review the score and components
Use the component values to identify the most practical next adjustment.
Calorie adherence — percentage of tracked days meeting the chosen range
Protein adherence — percentage meeting the protein target
Activity completion — percentage of planned activity completed
Sleep achievement — percentage of tracked nights meeting the sleep target
Assumptions: Weights are a practical scoring design, not a validated medical model. Values above 100% are capped so overperformance in one area cannot offset another.
What the result means
The result summarizes four self-reported adherence percentages using fixed weights.
