What does the drywall crew-hour rate represent?

Use the same labor-hour convention as your estimating or cost system. If paid nonproductive time is included in actual labor hours, include it consistently when comparing actual and planned rates.
Can I use this rate for a different drywall project?
Only as a starting point. Layout, height, access, detail level, material handling, and board handling, fastening, taping, and finishing sequence can make another project perform differently.
What happens if crew size or hours are zero?
The calculator requires positive crew size and positive hours because productivity cannot be computed from zero labor time. Check the measurement period if either value is missing.
