What the result means

The weekly result is an estimated planning load, not a formal requirement. The total and daily values translate that assumption into longer-term and day-to-day commitments.

Is two hours per credit a fixed rule?

No. It is a common planning assumption, but actual expectations vary. Replace it with a course-specific or personally observed value.

Should lab or studio hours be included?
