What the result means

Should I use calendar days or working days?
Use one convention consistently across every input. Calendar days are usually easiest for elapsed-time planning; if you use working days, all components should follow the same basis.
Does the result include customs clearance?
Only if you place expected customs or inspection time inside origin handling, destination handling, or the buffer. The calculator does not add customs time automatically.
What should I enter for the delay buffer?
