What does hires per recruiter per month represent?

It is the average number of completed hires one recruiter can deliver in a month for the role mix being modeled. Use a realistic historical or planning assumption rather than a peak month.

What does utilization above 100% mean?

It means the annual hiring target is higher than the modeled annual capacity. The team would need more capacity, higher throughput, external support, or a lower target to close the gap.

Can part-time recruiters be entered?

Yes. Enter recruiter staffing as FTE, so two half-time recruiters devoted to this work can be represented as 1.0 FTE.

Does the model account for recruiter ramp-up or leave?

Not separately. Reduce the hires-per-month assumption or recruiter FTE if ramp-up, leave, or non-recruiting duties materially lower effective capacity.
