1. Define the audience denominator
Enter the unique audience exposed to the event offer, such as delivered emails, qualified landing-page visitors, or a deduplicated campaign audience.
2. Enter registrations
Use the number of people who completed the event registration or lead step within that same funnel.
3. Enter paid attendees
Add the number who ultimately purchased or held a paid seat.
4. Check funnel consistency
Registrations and paid attendees should refer to the same event and time window. Paid attendees normally should not exceed registrations if registration is required.
5. Review each conversion stage
Use the main audience-to-paid rate with the two supporting rates to identify where the funnel loses the most people.
