Enter the average hours each reviewer can allocate to this review program, not total paid hours unless all paid time is available for review work.
3. Enter average review time
Use the typical active minutes needed to complete one accessibility review, including routine documentation if it is part of the workflow.
4. Apply a productive-utilization rate
Use a percentage below 100% when reviewers also spend time on meetings, handoffs, research, escalations, or administrative work.
5. Add the current backlog
Enter the number of open items if you want an estimate of how long the existing queue would take to clear at the calculated capacity.
6. Review the capacity outputs
Compare weekly, monthly, and annual capacity with the backlog estimate. Re-run the scenario with different staffing or handling-time assumptions when planning changes.
