What is focus efficiency?

It is the share of scheduled time expected to become concentrated revision. Breaks, setup, distractions, and transitions reduce effective time.

Should I enter chapters or whole subjects?

Use whichever unit you want to allocate time across, but keep units comparable. Mixing one broad subject with several tiny chapters can distort the even split.

Can I plan rest days?

Yes. Exclude rest days from the revision-day count or lower the average daily hours to account for them.

Why is the result lower than scheduled hours per topic?

The efficiency adjustment removes time that is unlikely to be productive. A lower value creates a more conservative plan.

Does more revision time guarantee a higher score?
