Use the time devoted to the practice session, excluding unrelated breaks when practical.

Include meaningful putts, chips, pitches, and full swings if they are part of the workload you want to track.
3. Rate average effort
Use a 1–10 perceived-effort rating for the session as a whole.
4. Estimate high-intensity swing share
Enter the percentage of shots performed near full speed or with unusually high effort.
5. Compare the load outputs
Use total load with shot density and intensity factor to distinguish volume-heavy from intensity-heavy sessions.
