What the result means

When more than one post falls on an active day, the within-day spacing is estimated across the available posting window.

Given:

Calculation:
Posts per active day = 10 ÷ 5 = 2
Average weekly gap = 168 ÷ 10 = 16.8 hours
Within-day spacing = 9 ÷ (2 − 1) = 9 hours

Result:
The plan averages two posts on each active day, with the two posts placed near opposite ends of the nine-hour window.

Why does the planner use active days?
