Water cost = Water used ÷ 1,000 × Water rate per 1,000 gallons
Total event utility cost = Electricity cost + Water cost
The model assumes the entered electrical load is an average over the operating period and excludes peak-demand charges.
What the result means
The result is the estimated direct electricity and water cost attributable to the event.
Confirm venue billing rules because minimum charges, temporary connections, sewer fees, and generator fuel can be significant.
