Weekly Water Calculator

This calculator totals water intake across seven days and compares it with a user-selected daily target. It highlights the weekly average, lowest day, and number of days that reached the target.

The result reflects only the water values entered. Other beverages and water contained in food may contribute to total fluid intake but are not included unless you record them here.

What the result means

The main result is the total entered water volume for the seven-day period.

A fixed target may need adjustment for climate, exercise, diet, pregnancy, or medical conditions.

Given: Daily values totaling 17,750 mL.

Calculation: 17,750 ÷ 7 = 2,535.7 mL/day.

Result: Weekly total is 17.75 L and average is about 2.54 L/day.

Should I include water used in coffee or tea?

Include it only if your tracking rule defines those beverages as part of this water log.

What happens if a day is blank?

Blank optional entries are treated as zero, which will lower the weekly total.

Why show the lowest day?

It can reveal a routine or scheduling issue that is hidden by the weekly average.

Does meeting the target prove good hydration?

No. Hydration status depends on more than a single intake number.

Can I enter liters instead?

Convert liters to milliliters by multiplying by 1,000.
