What the result means

The result converts step count into estimated distance using the selected stride length.

Step goals are not a substitute for considering exercise intensity, strength work, and individual ability.

Given: 10,000 steps, 0.75 m stride, 100 steps/min.

Calculation: Distance = 10,000×0.75÷1,000 = 7.5 km. Time = 10,000÷100 = 100 min.

Result: About 7.5 km and 100 active minutes.
