3. Weigh after exercise
Dry off and use comparable clothing.
4. Enter urine produced
Include any urine passed between the two weigh-ins.
5. Choose a replacement factor
A value above 100% allows for continued urine loss during recovery.
6. Review sweat rate
Use repeated sessions in similar conditions to build a personal range.
