1. Record snatch work
Enter working sets, reps per set, and average load for the snatch.
2. Record clean & jerk work
Add the corresponding values for clean & jerk work.
3. Add pulling volume if desired
Use the pull block for snatch pulls, clean pulls, or another consistently defined pulling category; leave it at zero if excluded.
4. Review each block
The breakdown shows separate tonnage for snatch, clean & jerk, and pulls.
5. Use the total consistently
When comparing sessions, keep the same rules for warm-ups, complexes, missed lifts, and accessory work.
