1. Use a comparable reference session
Enter the total volume and elapsed time from a session that resembles the planned challenge.
2. Set the target volume
Enter the total kilograms of lifting you want to complete in the timed event.
3. Add a fatigue penalty
Use a percentage to allow for slowing as the challenge becomes longer or harder than the reference effort.
4. Read the projected time
The calculator first scales the target at your reference volume rate, then adds the fatigue allowance.
5. Keep the event structure similar
Predictions become less meaningful if the target uses very different exercises, loads, rest rules, or range of motion.
