Calculation: Value subtotal = 8 × 0.40 + 6 × 0.25 + 9 × 0.35 = 7.85. Confidence-adjusted value = 7.85 × 0.75 = 5.8875. Priority score = 5.8875 ÷ 5 × 10 = 11.775.
Result: The initiative receives a priority score of 11.78.
